Leptomeningeal disease (LMD) is a severe complication of metastatic cancer and is particularly prevalent in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor‐mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). While MRI is crucial for early detection, classic imaging findings of LMD may be absent.
