Free Content Foreign Body or Giant Cholesteatoma? A Case Report of a Cholesteatoma Not Resembling Known Imaging Appearance

Many studies have described the radiologic appearance of a cholesteatoma, which is generally seen on CT as a homogeneous soft-tissue attenuation with characteristic surrounding bony erosion. We present a case of a late-stage giant cholesteatoma that did not resemble the known radiologic appearance.
