An Unusual Case of Cholesterol Granuloma of the Orbit
Orbital masses can be difficult to diagnose because they often have overlapping clinical and imaging features. We presented an unusual case of cholesterol granuloma of the orbit, a common radiographic lesion that occurs in an uncommon location. Understanding the characteristics of a
cholesterol granuloma, particularly the slow growing, insidious nature of the lesion, will help in the diagnosis and clinical management of these patients.
