Perineural Spread Along the Intermediate Branch of the Supraclavicular Nerve: A Case Report

Perineural spread is a recognized phenomenon in relation to head and neck malignancies, including squamous cell carcinomas of cutaneous origin. Cranial nerves are usually implicated in this process. This case, however, presents a unique involvement of the intermediate branch of the supraclavicular nerve, which is a branch of the cervical plexus. Relevant anatomy was reviewed.
