Free Content An Aneurysmal Bone Cyst Arising from the Region of the Anterior Fontanelle

Aneurysmal bone cysts of the skull are infrequent and are most commonly located at the skull base. They rarely affect the frontal bone, with only 10 reported cases in the radiologic literature. We describe the imaging features of an aneurysmal bone cyst located in the region of the former anterior fontanelle. This case provides further radiologic features of this uncommon calvarial lesion.
