We report a case of a thoracic dorsal epidural angiolipoma in a 30-year-old pregnant woman (G1P0 at 39 weeks), with back pain and progressive worsening weakness for 23months, who was diagnosed with a T3-8 epidural angiolipoma. The mass was resected after a cesarean delivery. Postoperatively, there was gradual interval improvement of the lower extremity weakness and back pain.", }
