Extranasopharyngeal Angiofibroma of the Ethmoid Sinus: A Rare Entity

An extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma is rare and represents 2% of all head and neck angiofibromas. Extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma is a unique entity from a typical juvenile angiofibroma with regard to sex predilection, age, location, and follow-up expectations. Excessive bleeding is a known risk of both extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma and juvenile angiofibroma. The purpose of this case report is to present a rare case of an extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma that occurred in the ethmoid sinus in a 32-year-old man.
