Meningiomas have been cited as the most common recipient tumor, whereas breast and lung cancer were the most common donors. Imaging findings suggestive of a metastatic deposit within a meningioma include an interval increase in size of the lesion and development of heterogeneity due to hemorrhage and/or necrosis as well as aggressive features, for example, perineural spread. This is an important entity to recognize because it can be the first presentation of an occult distant primary malignancy.", }
