Endovascular treatment of these lesions is rarely reported. We report our experience with a woman who presented with progressive exophthalmos and conjunctival injection due to a complex intraorbital arteriovenous malformation. She was successfully treated with staged transarterial embolization, with improvement in clinical symptoms. Endovascular techniques and clinical response to treatment are discussed.", }
