Eagle Syndrome Complicated by Posttraumatic Styloid Pseudoarthrosis and Facial Nerve Paralysis
Elongation of the styloid process or calcification of the stylohyoid ligament may be symptomatic and lead to Eagle syndrome. Classically, this has led to facial pain, dysphagia, odynophagia, and otalgia. We present a case of Eagle syndrome with posttraumatic styloid pseudoarthrosis
