Two Cases of Intracranial Chondroid Chordoma Involving the Jugular Fossa and Sella

Chordomas are rare primary bone neoplasms that usually occur along the midline, anywhere from the clivus to the sacrum. Rarely, they can occur in unusual places such as within the sella or off midline in the jugular fossa, creating challenges in diagnosis and treatment. We present 2 such cases and discuss their imaging findings and review the literature, in addition discussing the location where chordomas are found, clinical presentation, pathology, differential diagnoses, and treatment.
