Free Content Chordomas of the Skull Base and Cervical Spine in Children: Radiologic, Clinical, and Pathologic Evaluation

In this article, we discussed the radiologic, clinical, and pathologic findings of chordomas of the skull base and cervical spine in children and adolescents. MR imaging and CT are used to illustrate cases that represent chordomas in different head, neck, and cervical spine locations. The differential diagnosis of chordoma, which includes a diverse group of malignant tumors, was also presented.

Learning Objective: Understand the clinical, radiologic, and pathologic findings of chordomas of the skull base and cervical spine in children and adolescents.
