This study presented a patient with complete replacement of the thyroid by lymphoepithelial cysts, which has not been reported previously. The patient's clinical presentation, unique diffuse cystic enlargement of the thyroid on imaging, and histopathologic correlate were detailed, and a literature review was summarized. This rare entity has no reported malignant potential or recurrence after thyroidectomy.", }
