However, with the emergence of recent tumor transcriptome genomics, it is now recognized that medulloblastoma is not 1 disease entity but is composed of 4 distinct molecular subgroups: wingless type, sonic hedgehog, group 3, and group 4. The purpose of this article was to describe the age distribution, radiologic features, histologic characteristics, and important prognostic information as determined by the unique molecular expression of the different subgroups.Learning Objective: To review the clinical findings, imaging characteristics, and prognoses of medulloblastoma as determined by the molecular subgroup genomics.", }
