Although frequently mistaken on presentation for cerebral infarction, infection, or recurrent malignancy, radiologic features, including transient unilateral gyral enhancement and focal cortical edema, can indicate the diagnosis. Early consideration of this entity can prevent unnecessary treatment, including neurosurgical procedures, with potentially significant neurologic sequelae.", }
