They were reported in the setting of systemic diseases associated with bleeding diatheses, acute sinusitis, and rarely after sudden elevations of intracranial venous pressure. We presented a rare, but well-established complication of acute increased intracranial venous pressure. It is critical that the clinician and radiologist be aware of this entity to provide a rapid diagnosis and treatment.", }
