Rarely, they can occur in unusual places such as within the sella or off midline in the jugular fossa, creating challenges in diagnosis and treatment. We present 2 such cases and discuss their imaging findings and review the literature, in addition discussing the location where chordomas are found, clinical presentation, pathology, differential diagnoses, and treatment.", }
